Peter Pan/Pilgrim Collars

Peter Pan and/or Pilgrm Collars have been spotted on EVERYONE from Taylor Swift to Pippa Middleton, and even as far back as 2010, with Nicole Kidman. These special neck bands seem to be the trend that isn't going anywhere. JadeHawk found some clever and reasonable ways to embrace this look.
